So, you may remember the fur-trimmed hats we had… well, a few were left behind 👀
During the Cheltenham rush, when fur & feather fascinators and pins were flying out, I actually ran low on fur — so I salvaged it from these hats. Practical at the time… but it did leave the hats in a bit of a state 😅
They’ve been sat in my workroom ever since, looking like they’d seen better days, and I was this close to throwing them away today…
But then I thought — absolutely not.
A little creativity later, and they’ve been completely reworked into brand new fascinators ✂️✨
Yes, some of the bases aren’t 100% perfect up close… but once they’re on, you genuinely wouldn’t notice. And more importantly, they’ve been given a whole new lease of life — which I love.
Sustainable, unique, and no two quite the same ♻️
