Please allow up to 4–6 weeks for delivery of all orders during our busy show season (April–October), regardless of whether an item is ready to wear or made to order. We are away 20th May - 9th June

Shipping policy

If items are in stock they will usually be posted within 48 hours, unless we are in our busy show season (April - October) then they can take 4-6 weeks.
If the order is urgent please make a note of this at the checkout.

Tracked 24 is the service we use, not our dispatch time.

Tracked 24 covers compensation up to £75

DPD 2-4 days is the service we use, not our dispatch time.

DPD covers compensation up to £50 

If you wish to have insurance to cover the cost of your order we recommend upgrading your postage to Special Delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the delivery company. While we always aim for your item to arrive as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once the parcel has left us. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are unfortunately outside of our control once an item has been dispatched.
Refunds cannot be provided if an order does not arrive in time for a specific date or event.
