Returns Policy
Returns are only refundable if an item is faulty.
We do not allow cancellations for online orders.
Our Website Clearly States orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive, so no refunds will be given unless your order takes over 4 weeks to arrive (excluding bank holidays and weekends)
If your item hasn’t arrived you must inform us within 28 days in order to receive a refund
We have a 3 day return policy for faulty items, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Clearance Outlet items are non returnable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be faulty or damaged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damages we require photos of the following -
- The package how it has arrived
- The inside of the box including all packaging
- 3 Photos of the damage
- A copy of your order
Without the photos we cannot claim for your refund.
Refunds – Damaged Items in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide the requested photographs and information so that we can investigate the issue.
Once we have received all of the required details, we will submit a claim to the relevant carrier. You will be provided with the claim reference number for your records.
Please note that claims can take a number of weeks to process. Refunds will be issued once the carrier has accepted the claim and the refund has been received by us.

Tracked 24 covers compensation up to £75
DPD covers compensation up to £50
If you wish to have insurance to cover the total cost of your order we recommend upgrading your postage to Special Delivery.

If your return is accepted, due to faults or damages we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds for faulty items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items that are made to order, are exempt from cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations
